Bobbie Jean Lockman Warlick Robinson
( January 22, 1929 - March 11, 2024 )
Bobbie Jean Lockman Warlick Robinson of Lincolnton, NC passed away peacefully on March 11, 2024 at Carolina Caring Hospice in Sherrills Ford. She was born on January 22,1929, in Lincoln County to the late Robert and Lillian Lockman. She was an active member of First United Methodist Church of Lincolnton and was awarded the United Methodist Women’s Woman of the Year in 2018. She also was instrumental in starting the lunches for Lenten Services.

For many years, she was active in the Lincoln Co. Republican Women’s Club, and was a longtime member of the GoGo Club.  She worked at Chadburn Textiles, Lincoln Drug and Warlick’s Florist, but mostly enjoyed being a homemaker and caregiver.

She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Ramsey “Bud” Warlick, son, Douglas Franklin Warlick, and siblings: Doc, Dan, Tuck, Siebert, Russell, Chick, and Joan.

Bobbie is survived by her daughter, Karen Warlick Leonhardt, husband Bill, granddaughter, Lori Leonhardt Stallings, husband John, and great grandchildren Quinton, Garrett, and Raegan, along with many nephews and nieces.

She was also preceded in death by her second husband Max Royal Robinson. Survived by Mark Robinson (Donna), Letha Owen (Michael), Wendy Rollins, and Jenny Eudy. Grandchildren Emily Kreech and Elizabeth Eudy, other grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Her service will be held at First United Methodist Church of Lincolnton on Tuesday, March 19 at 2:00 p.m. Receiving of friends at 1:00 p.m.in the Philathea Class.
