Barbara Sue Huss Walker, age 57, of Franks Road in Lincolnton, died on Tuesday, November 21, 2023.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at Normans Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Keith Huss officiating.
Barbara was born March 31, 1966, in Forsyth County, to Dorothy Sue Hester Whisnant and the late Vernon James “Buddy” Huss. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Dianna Houser.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Walker of the home; mother, Dorothy Whisnant; daughters, Heather Skierski of Newton, and Megan Paige Walker of Lincolnton; brother, Vernon James Huss, Jr. of Lincolnton; and five grandchildren, Austin Finger, Zayda Skierski, Lexie Finger, Walker Skierski, and Aksel Skierski.
