Michael James Porter, age 32, of W. Highway 27 in Vale, died on Saturday, April 8, 2023.
Michael was born July 31, 1990, in Lincoln County, to Christopher Michael Porter and Revonda Hayes Malezewski. He worked in construction.
He is survived by his father, Christopher M. Porter of Bessemer City; mother, Revonda Malezewski of Vale; three brothers, Matthew Cody Gillett and John Vance Malezewski, III, both of Vale, and Christopher Daniels Mills of Lincolnton; one sister, Sylvia Fletcher Reed of Broken Arrow, OK; grandmother, Lela Mae Childers of Lincolnton; stepmother, Lisa Hyatt of Bessemer City; numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, including special niece Haven Grace Malezewski and nephew Kalem Malezewski, and Leon Malezewski.
No services are planned at the present time, but will be announced at a later date.
