Denita Kay Chavers

Denita Kay Chavers, age 67, of Modern Estate Road in Lincolnton, died on Tuesday, February 7, 2023.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 13, 2023, in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jeff Harris officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 12, 2023, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Denita was born June 23, 1955, in Cabarrus County, to the late Lewis Samuel McDaniel and Violet May Gilley McDaniel. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Tim Chavers; and a brother, Marty McDaniel.
She is survived by her husband, Mickey Charles Chavers of the home; two sons, David Lewis Bradshaw and Charles Allen Chavers, both of Lincolnton; two sisters, Rhobie Menke of Gastonia, and Sharon McDaniel of Lincolnton; brother, Jimmy McDaniel of Gastonia; six grandchildren, Kimberly, Damien, Taylor, Summer, Jacob, and Britany; and three great-grandchildren .
