Earl Edward Bowen, age 75, of J. Rhyne Reep Road in Vale, died on Wednesday, August 18, 2021.
Mr. Bowen was born March 3, 1946, in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late Clark Bennett Bowen and Virginia Christine Harrison Bowen. He served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and later worked for over thirty years as a truck driver.
He is survived by his wife, Francis “Beth” Andrews Bowen of the home; sons, Dale Bowen, and wife April, of Vale, and Richard Bowen of Fredericksburg, VA; brother, Richard “Nick” Clark Bowen, and wife Brenda, of Vale; grandchildren, Taylor Bowen, Hunter Bowen, Austin Bowen, Jaxon Bowen, Olivia Bowen, Darby Huss, Dalton Bowen, Keelie Blackburn, and Carlie Blackburn; and one great-grandchild, Leland Huss.
No services are planned at the current time.
