Darrel Ellis Harrelson, age 66, of Holly Berry Lane in Lincolnton, died on Friday, August 6, 2021.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at Long Shoals Baptist Church.
Darrel was born May 23, 1955, in Lincoln County, son of Jane Hoffman Harrelson and the late Glenn Ellis Harrelson. He was a stone mason.
He is survived by his mother, Jane Harrelson of the home; daughter, Heather Anderson, and husband Spencer, of Tampa, FL; brother, Tony Dale Harrelson of Lincolnton; two sisters, Denise Bayer and Glenda Harrelson, both of Lincolnton; and a grandson, River Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Long Shoals Baptist Church, 2988 Long Shoals Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
