Vickie Wilson Jackson

Vickie G. Jackson, age 66, of Lincolnton, passed away Thursday, April 15th, after her battle with cancer at Atrium Health Lincolnton.
Vickie was born on April 24th, 1954, in Lincolnton, to Ray and Edna Wilson. She loved to swim and be around water. She also enjoyed riding four wheelers. She was an avid gardener and loved planting flowers and working outside. She loved spending time with her family and her precious dog, Ginger. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include: Her husband Randy Jackson of 51 amazing years of Lincolnton; sons Chad Jackson of Lincolnton and Samuel Jackson of Hickory; daughter Crystal Lawing and husband Oscar E. Lawing III of Hickory; grandson Gavin Jackson of Gastonia; granddaughters Cecilly Jackson of Gastonia, Kaitlyn Lawing of Hickory, Anna Lawing of Hickory, and Eden Jackson of Hickory. Her sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Jim Sisk; and niece Kim Sisk of Lincolnton.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 24, 2021, at New Vision Community Church in Newton to celebrate her life and birthday. Services will be limited to family and close friends.
