Pearl Beatrice Faulkner Sigmon
( September 21, 1939 - December 31, 2020 )
Pearl Beatrice Faulkner Sigmon, age 81, of The Heath House in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, December 31, 2020.

Mrs. Sigmon was born September 21, 1939, in Silva, NC to the late Jacob Arnold and Ruth Viola James Faulkner.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Billy Ray Sigmon.  Mrs. Sigmon was a homemaker and so much more. She was a devoted, loving military wife for many years until her husband retired from the Marine Corps and was a pastor’s wife for Bill for several years until his death in 2016. Pearl was a very loving, kindhearted woman who cared deeply for her family and friends. She considered everyone she met a friend. She will be greatly missed.  

Survivors include two sons, Steve Sigmon and wife Charlotte of Randleman, NC, David Sigmon and wife Rebecca of Oklahoma, one daughter, Sharon Kicherer and husband James of California; three brothers, Furman Faulkner of Stanley, Arnold Faulkner of Denver, Dallas “Eddie” Faulkner of Lincolnton; six grandchildren, Adam Kicherer, Michelle Kicherer, David Kicherer, Wendy Hoyt, Stephen Sigmon, Joanna Small; five great grandchildren, Ezra Small, Karlee, Lincoln and Emmett Sigmon and Serenity Hoyt. 

Pearl was last attending Highland Drive Free Will Baptist Church in Lincolnton, NC, where she was a charter member.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the family is planning services for Mrs. Sigmon at a later date.
