Donald Lee "Pete" Rudisill

Donald Lee “Pete” Rudisill, age 72, of Plateau Road, Vale, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Leonard’s Fork Baptist Church with Dr. Jaie Warlick and Rev. Phil Goins officiating.
Pete was born on February 6, 1948 and was the son of the late Harold Lee Rudisill and Martha Leona Rudisill Avery. He was also preceded in death by his son Scotty Rudisill and his son-in-law, Hank Bradley . Mr. Rudisill worked as the manager of the VFW.
He is survived by his wife, Cathy Warlick Rudisill of the home; one daughter, Angie Bradley of Vale; four grandchildren, Matthew Bradley (Ashley), Kurtis Rudisill, Jacob Bradley and wife, Alexis and Kasey Rudisill; one great-grandson, Bradley Rudisill; one brother, Butch Rudisill of Lincolnton; one sister, Pat Featherstone of Cherryville; and his fur babies, Opie and Lyla.
