William Edward Wright

William Edward Wright, age 56, of Lincolnton, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 11, 2019.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2019, at River View Baptist Church with Pastor Ricky Brown officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12:00 until 1:45 p.m. at the church.
William was born May 20, 1963, in Cleveland County, to Betty Canipe Lane and the late Lewis Wright. He worked for Ethan Allen.
He is survived by two sons, Jacob Wright of Icard and David Nidiffer of Vale; a daughter, Heather Wright of Lincolnton; his mother and stepfather, Betty and Roy Lane of Cherryville; three brothers, Lewis Wright, Jr. (Becky), Gary Lane, and Michael Lane, all of Cherryville, all of Cherryville; sisters, Janice Stamey (Bill) of Lincolnton, Linda Oder (Mike) and Brenda Wright (Joe), all of Maiden; and four grandchildren, Hayden Wright, Brody Wright, Malachi Smith, and Hayli Sayre.
