Obituaries

His funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 5, 2019, at Leonard’s Fork Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Lail officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The body will lie in state for thirty minutes prior to the service.  Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 4, 2019, at Warlick Funeral Home.

Mr. Reynolds was born June 5, 1940, in Lincoln County, to the late Joe Ford Reynolds, Sr. and Vera Sneed Reynolds.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Beattie Reynolds, and a daughter, Barbara Ann Reynolds.

He is survived by a son, Jerry R. Reynolds, Jr., and Jennifer, and Billy Joe Reynolds, and Shawn, all of Crouse; daughter, Wendy R. Richardson, and Brock, of Vale; eight grandchildren, Savannah Richardson, Farrah Richardson, Jerry Reynolds, III, Dustin Reynolds, Janie Sue Reynolds, Matthew Champion, Miranda Hanke, and Kyndal Trogdon; and one great-granddaughter, Nataleigh Trogdon.
