Patricia Townsend Cooper

Patricia “Pati” Townsend Cooper, age 58, of Crouse School Road in Crouse, died on Sunday, September 1, 2019.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 5, 2019, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Wyant officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 4, 2019, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Pati was born March 24, 1961, in Florence, South Carolina, to the late John and Camilla Townsend. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her children, Kelley Huitt and Kippen Huitt; and siblings, Johnny Townsend, Sandy Townsend, and Kimberly Townsend. She graduated from Presbyterian School of Nursing.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Cooper of the home; her children, Beri Huitt (Matthew Woodruff) of Lincolnton, Braden Huitt (Hannah) of Lincolnton, Jay Huitt of Crouse, and Megan Cooper (TC Rollins) of Statesville; a sister, Cari T. Rhodes (Jeff) of Fletcher, NC; grandchildren, Joel, Jack, and Mason; and nieces and nephews, Evan, Kelly, Ashley, and Milla.
Memorials may be made to the March of Dimes, 4833 Berewick Town Center, Suite 177, Charlotte, NC 28278, or to Leukemia Lymphoma Society of America, 4530 Park Road, Suite 240, Charlotte, NC 28209.
