Glenda Callie Willis Prather

Glenda Callie Willis Prather, age 61, of Sparta Drive in Maiden, died on Wednesday, July 10, 2019.
Her funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2019, at Salem Baptist Church with Rev. Marcus Redding and Rev. Dr. Andy Royals officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m.
Glenda was born March 24, 1958, to the late Pat Hoyle and Patricia Helen Willis Schronce. She worked as a cafeteria worker for the Catawba County School System.
She is survived by her husband, Tony Prather of the home; a son, Brian Prather, and wife Crystal, of Newton; a daughter, Callie P. Haynes, and husband Eddie, of LaVernia, TX; two brothers, Jeffery Schronce, and wife Christy, and Charles Schronce, and wife Kathy, all of Maiden; four grandchildren, Cayla Adams of Lincolnton, Jasmine Duncan, Jaelyn Hayes, and Emma Prather, all of Newton; and her step-father, Odis Schronce.
Memorials may be made to Levine and Dickson Hospice House, 11900 Vanstory Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
