Nannie Lazette Traynor

Nannie Lazette Traynor, age 76, of Hickory Falls Nursing Home in Granite Falls, died on Sunday, July 7, 2019.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 12, 2019, at First Wesleyan Church in Lincolnton with Rev. Jeremy Peeler officiating. The family will greet friends for thirty minutes prior to the service.
Nannie was born May 21, 1943, in Lincoln County, to the late Claude Avery Ballard and Willie Edith Spencer Ballard. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Leann Murphy; and a son, Stacy Devlin Peeler. She worked in textiles.
She is survived by a son, Danny Peeler of Lincolnton; a daughter, Susan Kisby of Newton; stepdaughter, Libbie Peeler of Lincolnton; stepson, Terry Peeler of Maiden; and grandchildren, Alex Murphy, Joshua Peeler, Stacy Pate, Sarah P. Helms, and Miranda Black.
Memorials may be made to First Wesleyan Church, 115 Bonview Avenue, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
