Mary Curtis Brown

Mary Curtis Brown, age 83, of 436 Hilltop Road in Lincolnton, died on Sunday, October 14, 2018.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 21, 2018, at the home, 436 Hilltop Road in Lincolnton.
Mary was born March 15, 1935, in Gaston County, to the late Samuel and Alice Rich Curtis. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Willard Brown; two daughters, Patsy “Scoot” Brown and Nancy Brown; and four brothers, Frank Rich, Jim Curtis, Dewey Curtis, and Jerry Curtis. She worked in furniture manufacturing.
She is survived by three sons, Johnny Brown and Kenneth Brown, both of Lincolnton, and Larry Brown of Crouse; a daughter, Ann Brown of Lincolnton; a brother, Arnold Curtis of Claremont; eight grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
