Peggy Marie McAllister Carpenter

Peggy Marie McAllister Carpenter, age 77, of the Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center, and formerly of Kollege Lane in Crouse, died on Thursday, January 11, 2018.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2018, in Hollybrook Cemetery with Rev. Phillip Campbell officiating.
Ms. Carpenter was born August 23, 1940, in Lincoln County, to the late William Henry and Dora Lewis McAllister. She worked in textiles.
She is survived by two sons, Ronald Carpenter, II of Crouse and William Alex Carpenter of Charlotte; and a sister, Elsie McAllister of Lincolnton.
