Obituaries

Cathy Darlene Nichols Helms, age 65, of Jenkins Road in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, January 4, 2018.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 10, 2018, at Forest Lawn Cemetery with Rev. Kenny Allen officiating. 

Cathy was born March 11, 1952, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Charles and Pearl Johnson Nichols.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Pinkney Helms.
