Linda Ann Blackburn Heavner

Linda Ann Blackburn Heavner, age 74, of 1946 Indian Trail in Lincolnton, died on Wednesday, January 13, 2016.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 17, 2016, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:15 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Heavner was born August 9, 1941, in Lincoln County, to the late Gwen and Edna Huffman Blackburn. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne Harold Heavner of the home; three daughters, Deborah H. Rice of Lincolnton, Tamera Heavner of Murfreesboro, TN, and Sherry Lee Schick of Lake Elsinore, CA; four brothers, Marshall Blackburn, Walter Blackburn, Jim Blackburn, and David Blackburn, all of Lincolnton; and three grandchildren, Amanda Prestwood of Pittsburgh, PA, Ben Rice and Nick Rice, both of Lincolnton.
