Doyle Lane Rhyne

Doyle Lane Rhyne, age 82, of South Madison Street in Lincolnton, passed away on Friday, May 16. 2025.
His funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rick Sloop officiating. Burial will follow in the Pisgah Methodist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Rhyne was born December 1, 1942, in Lincoln County, to the late William Grim Doyle Rhyne and Virginia Mosteller Rhyne. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Annie Inez Burnett Rhyne; son William Doyle Rhyne; daughter Jennie Lynn Chapman; brother Tony Lee Rhyne; and great-grandchild Aspyn Strange. He worked in furniture manufacturing.
He is survived by two sons, Dean Rhyne (Tamara) of Crouse, and Jamie Rhyne of Lincolnton; daughter, Glenna Strange (Joey) of Lincolnton; son-in-law, Todd Chapman of Lincolnton; brother, Steve Rhyne (Terry) of Crouse; nine grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
