Ronald David Gilbert, age 65, of Hartsoe Road in Lincolnton, died on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Lineberger officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:45 until 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday at Warlick Funeral Home.
Ronald was born September 27, 1958, in Otero County, New Mexico, to Carleen Wright Gilbert and the late Johnson “Buster” Gilbert. He worked as a machine operator for Bosch.

He is survived by his mother, Carleen Gilbert of Lincolnton; sister, Doris Lynch of Lincolnton; nephew, Paul Lynch and his daughter, Carly Lynch of Lincolnton; and a niece, Nicole and Brian Alster of Florence, SC.
