Anice Bumgarner Lawing, age 85, of Peak Resources in Cherryville, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.
Mrs. Lawing was born September 5, 1938, to the late Fred and Nell Buchanan Bumgarner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “CB” B. Lawing.
She is survived by two daughters, Laura Helms (Kenneth) of Cherryville, and Tricia Brown (Mark) of Sherrills Ford; and two grandchildren, Hunter Helms and Brandon Helms.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 on Saturday, January 27, 2024 in Hollybrook Cemetery.
