Lois Ellen Bumgarner Sisk

Lois Ellen Bumgarner Sisk, age 90, of Sisk Hill Road in Vale, died on Monday, December 18, 2023.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 22, 2023, in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Rev. Bruce Brooks officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. on Friday at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mrs. Sisk was born January 20, 1933, in Catawba County, to the late Wisham Haywood Bumgarner and Mary Etta Frye Bumgarner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister and two brothers. Lois was a member of Calvary Baptist Church for 70+ years.
She is survived by her husband, Graham lee Sisk of the home; son, Lee Sisk (Patty) of Vale; daughter, Ann S. Johnson of Vale; sisters, Shirley Washburn of Florida, and Betty Hughes of Tennessee; four grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 493 Calvary Church Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
