Gaye Frances Caudle

Gaye Frances Caudle, age 78, of Hartzoge Lane in Maiden, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 16, 2023, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Scronce and Pastor Landon Caudle officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. on Thursday, prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Caudle was born December 13, 1944, in Catawba County, to the late Glayton Jennings Stroud and Eva Elizabeth Scronce Stroud. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Benny Charles Caudle, Sr.; son, Benny Charles “Chuck” Caudle, Jr.; and brothers, Reginald Allen Stroud, Harold Eugene Stroud, and Charles Glayton Stroud. She worked for Lincoln County Transportation.

She is survived by a son, Perry Caudle (Andrea) of Maiden; brother, Timothy Wayne Stroud of Lincolnton; grandson, Landon Caudle (Megan) of Conover; and two great-grandchildren, Carter Hayes Caudle and Nevaeh Grace Caudle.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Victory Life Church, 1495 N. Aspen Street, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
