Vivian Paulette Mull Swink

Vivian “Paulette” Mull Swink, age 77, of Garys Place in Crouse, died on Sunday, September 10, 2023.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 15, 2023, at Beulah Baptist Church with Rev. Harold Benfield, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state for one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Swink was born May 25, 1946, in Catawba County, daughter of the late James Howard Mull and Gracie Huffman Mull. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse William Swink, and sisters, Mary Mull Butler and Peggy Mull Gledhill. She was retired from Actavis Pharmaceutical in Lincolnton, and also worked at Maryvale Daycare. Paulette was a life-long member of Beulah Baptist Church in Vale where she served as secretary, choir director, teacher of all ages, and was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
She is survived by daughters, Cindy Paysour of Lincolnton, Amy Stephenson (Tony) of Thomasville, and Vickie Swink of Crouse; sister, Linda Austin of Vale; brother, Scott Mull of Catawba County; grandchildren, Nicole Baker (Hunter) of Catawba, Alex Paysour of Cornelius, and Jessica Sharp (Chris) of Buies Creek; and great-grandchild, Addyson Baker of Catawba.
Memorials may be made to Beulah Baptist Church, 3011 NC-18, Vale, NC 28168.
