Lisa Renee York Wallace Ormsby, age 59, of 776 Huss Street in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, July 6, 2023.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 16, 2023, at Covenant Church with Rev. Mike Devine officiating. The family will greet friends following the service.
Lisa was born January 22, 1964, in Volusia County, Florida, to the late Edward Leroy York, Jr. and Sandra Kay Jester York Adams. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandchild, Adalyn Stone. Lisa worked as the office manager for the Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Ormsby of the home; three daughters, Allison Stone (Jimmy), Kelsey Green (Justin), and Megan Dills (Heath), all of Lincolnton; brother, Chris York (Emily) of Iowa; and five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lincoln County Coalition Against Child Abuse and Child Advocacy Center, 161 Policarp Street, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
