Allen Reed Cockerline, age 67, of Highland Bluff Court in Lincolnton, died on Monday, May 1, 2023.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, in the VA National Cemetery in Salisbury.
Allen was born January 22, 1956, in Lowell, Massachusetts, to the late Robert Allen Cockerline and Avice Devereux Cockerline. He served in the United States Air Force and would later work as a security guard.
He is survived by two brothers, Robert Cockerline of Pahrump, NV, and Gordon Cockerline of Lincolnton; two sisters, Susan Leggett and Pamella Fuller, both of Lincolnton; two sons, Jason Cockerline and Christopher Cockerline, both of Lincolnton; and several nieces and nephews.
