Jamie Richard Goodson, age 61, of Salem Church Road in Lincolnton, died on Friday, February 17, 2023.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2023, Covenant Church with Rev. Mike Devine officiating.
Jamie was born November 30, 1961, in Lincoln County, to Gwen Burke Goodson and the late James Richard Goodson. He worked as a grounds tech supervisor for the City of Lincolnton.
He is survived by a son, Joseph Goodson (Anna) of Maiden; brother, Mike Goodson (Reaca) of Lincolnton; mother, Gwen Goodson of the home; nephew, Nicholas Goodson of Myrtle Beach, SC; niece, Kristen Gettys of Lafayette, IN; and grandson, Lincoln Goodson.
