James Kenneth Hall, Jr., age 63, of Lincolnton, joined his loved ones on Wednesday, December 21, 2022.
James was born in St. Augustine, Florida, on December 25, 1958, to the late James K. Hall, Sr. and Lucille Karen Phillips. James was a devout Christian who loved the Lord, his children and grandchildren, animals, and computers. James is preceded in death by his father, James K. Hall, Sr.; mother, Lucille K. Phillips; step-father Charles S. Phillips, Jr.; sister, Delores Evone Hall; and grandparents, Earnest and Mary Knowles. He worked as a welder and plant manager for Excel, Inc..
James is survived by sons, Andrew Hall (Toshia), and Phillip Hall (Pamela), all of Lincolnton; grandchildren, Jeremiah Hall, and Christa Hall; brother, James Gil Hall (Gloria) of SC; sister, Karen Spencer of Vale; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at Emanuel Reformed Church with Rev. David Workman officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 4:00 pm prior to the service at the church.
