Howard Anthony “Tony” Friday, age 68, of Texas Trail in Dallas, died on Tuesday, November 15, 2022.
A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2022, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:15 until 3:15 p.m..
Tony was born December 9, 1953, in Gaston County, to the late Robert and Lois Lineberger Friday. He worked proudly as a material handler at Freightliner of Mt. Holly for 28 years.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Benfield Friday of the home; two children, Leslie Sukhram (Joel) of Fort Mill, SC and Nicole Mullinax (Eric) of McAdenville; brother, Lamar Friday of Gastonia; and two grandchildren, Carter Mullinax and Hunter Mullinax.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Lincoln County, 900 Dontia Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
