Christopher Todd Gentry, age 59, of Meridian Way in Vale, passed away on Friday, September 30, 2022.
His funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at Harvest Baptist Church in Bessemer City with Pastor Paul Chambers and Pastor Robin Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in West View Gardens in Bessemer City. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday prior to the service at the church.
Chris was born on February 8, 1963 in Charleston, SC. He was a superintendent with Crowder Construction.
He is survived by daughter, Tiffany Cline and husband Chris of Vale; granddaughters, Natalee Gentry and Avery Cline; ex-wife and caregiver, Sharon Gentry of Vale; sister-in-law, Sandy Lightner of Bessemer City; stepdaughter, Tosha Pack and her daughters, Makenzie, Paisley and Ayden; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; uncle, Dave Gentry and wife Belinda and aunt, Geraldine Spears and husband Bob, uncle, Mate Gentry and wife Evelyn of Texas.
