Randy Scott Story, age 60, of Lincolnton, died on Sunday, August 28, 2022.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 3, 2022, in Hollybrook Cemetery. His body will lie in state on Friday, September 2, 2022, from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. at Warlick Funeral Home.
Randy was born October 26, 1961, in Rutherfordton County, to the late Alfred Charles Story and Betty Webb Story. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Joshua Story. He was a jack of all trades.
He is survived by a daughter, Crystal Story Norman (fiancé Roger Dale Goins, II) of the home; son, Jayme Story (Lauren) of Lincolnton; three grandchildren, Tyler Norman, Jadon Norman, and Devan Norman; two brothers, Tony Story (Teresa) of Shelby, and Merland Story of Lincolnton; two sisters, Barbara Hamilton (Wayne) of Hickory, and Karen Smith of Morganton; and the mother of his children, Patty Rudisill and the Rudisill family.
