Sylvia Ann Costner Messer, age 61, of Lineberger Loop Road in Denver, died on Tuesday, July 5, 2022.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 8, 2022, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Sylvia was born June 7, 1961, in Burke County, to the late Edward C. Farmer and Alice Faye Farmer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stacy Eric Messer. She worked in the framing department of McCreary Modern.
She is survived by two sons, Randell Heavner and Trey Messer, both of Denver; daughter, Tabatha Heavner (Scottie) of Denver; brother, Johnny Costner of Sherrills Ford; sister, Vickie Costner (Ronald) of Vale; four grandchildren, Hunter Rathburn, Avery Dobbins, Savana Dobbins, and Blake Heavner; and niece, Samantha Patterson.
Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
