Moses Ray Ruiz, age 32, of Huss Street in Lincolnton, died on Friday, June 24, 2022, in Atlanta, Georgia.
His funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 2, 2022, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Moses was born May 26, 1990, in Brigham City, Utah, to Isabel Ruiz Johnson. He worked in advertising photography.
He is survived by his parents, Alvin and Isabel R. Johnson of Charlotte; two sisters, Ruby Johnson and Keyera Johnson, both of Charlotte; brother, Junior Johnson of Charlotte; maternal grandparents, Bertha and Raymond Ruiz of Lincolnton; aunt, Sylvia Ruiz of Lincolnton; uncle, Joshua Ruiz of Lincolnton; nieces and nephews, Laila Johnson, Khalid Johnson, Ahmad Johnson, Rashard Johnson, Jayden Johnson, Gianna Johnson, and Jamiah Johnson; and cousin, Bethany Ruiz.
