Martha Ann Legowski Holinka, age 93, of Lincolnton, died on Monday, May 16, 2022.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 21, 2022, in in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Father David Miller officiating. The body will lie in state from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 20, 2022, at Warlick Funeral Home for those wishing to sign the guest register.
Mrs. Holinka was born August 31, 1928, in Collinsville, Connecticut, to the late John and Mary Pivnicki Legowski. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Sheridan Holinka; a son, Timmothy Holinka; a brother, John Legowski; and a sister, Al Legowski. She worked as an accountant/bookkeeper for Ferrigno Construction.
She is survived by her children, Edward Holinka, Jr. (Sandra) of CT, Linda Clark (Richard) of CO, Sharon Patton (Randy) of Lincolnton, Bruce Holinka (Danna) of CO, Kathleen Holinka of Lincolnton; Martha Ann Helton of Denver, Dale Holinka (Pauline) of CT, Lisa Morgan (Ron) of Lincolnton, Chris Holinka (Heather) of Lincolnton; sisters, Wanda Karpo of CT and Rol Laplant of FL; brother, John Legowski of CT; nineteen grandchildren; and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
