Shirley Martin Lynn

Shirley Martin Lynn, age 83, of Crossover Drive in Lincolnton, died on Sunday, April 17, 2022.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 22, 2022, at the Lincolnton Church of God with Rev. Dr. Richard King officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:15 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service.
Mrs. Lynn was born September 7, 1938, in Lincoln County, to the late Palmer Lewis Martin and Ethel Mae Richard Martin. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, David Willard Lynn, Sr.; and a son, Christopher Shane Lynn.
She is survived by two sons, David W. Lynn, Jr., and wife Suzanne, of Denver, and Tony Lewis Lynn of Lincolnton; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
