David Michael Caskey

David Michael “Mike” Caskey, age 62 of 1330 W. Highway 150 in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, March 3, 2022.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 6, 2022, in the Church of Our Savior Woodside cemetery with Pastor Reed Conley officiating. The family will greet friends following the graveside service.
“Mike” was born June 17, 1959, in Lincoln County, to Elizabeth Ross Caskey and the late Jackie Spencer Caskey. He worked in shipping and receiving at Advance Warehouse in Gastonia for 28 years.
He is survived by his mother, Beth Ross Caskey of Lincolnton; sister, Susan Caskey Carpenter of Lincolnton; nephews, Jason Michael Hartzoge (Brandy) and Kyle David Carpenter, all of Lincolnton; stepson, Matthew Kester (Cindy) of Hardin; stepdaughter, Anna Kester Gilliland; and special step-granddaughter, Olivia Brannon.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to uncle Jim and aunt Evelyn Ross, cousins Brian and Donna Ross, and cousins Judy and Steve Armstrong.
