Mr. Dodge was born October 15, 1978, in Champaign, IL to Michelle Anne Dodge and the late Richard Terry Russell. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Mr. Dodge was employed as a fraud investigator with Fiserv.
Survivors include his mother, Michelle Anne Dodge of Vale; one brother, Marcus A. Dodge of Concord and one niece, Sierra Dodge.
