Priscilla Frances Carter
( February 5, 1939 - February 15, 2022 )
Priscilla Frances Carter, age 83, of the Brian Center, and formerly of Second Street in Lincolnton, died on Tuesday, February 15, 2022.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 20, 2022, in Hollybrook Cemetery with Rev. Gene Bragg officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:45 until 2:45 p.m. on Sunday at Warlick Funeral Home.
Frances was born February 5, 1939, in Lincoln County, to the late Clyde Marvin Carter and Mary Cornwell Carter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by brothers James, Charles and Lester Carter; and sisters Nancy Carter and Margaret Page. She was a faithful member of Rhyne Heights United Methodist Church. Most of her adult life was spent as a CNA caring for newborns and their mothers, and as a home health aide caring for the elderly, which exemplified her Christian values.
She is survived by her sister, Barbara Ann Safley of Salisbury; and a number of nieces and nephews.
