Gary Anthony Lawrence, age 75, of East Highway 150 in Maiden, died on Thursday, December 30, 2021.
His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:45 until 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Masks are required for all events.
Gary was born August 9, 1946, in Erie County, Pennsylvania. He served in the United States Navy. He later worked as an upholsterer in furniture manufacturing.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy Holland Lawrence of the home; daughter, Angela Lail of Hickory; sons, Christopher King of Lenoir and Darrell King of Maiden; sister, Constance Pileuski of Pennsylvania; three grandchildren, Elisha Lail, Austin Lail, and Christopher King; and four great-grandchildren, Nevaeh Lail, Savannah Whaley, Lorelai King, and Colt King.
