Richard Blaine Adams, age 45, of the Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center in Lincolnton, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Richard was born October 7, 1976 in Marian, VA to the late Jordan Allen and Elizabeth June Stone Adams.
Survivors include two brothers, Billy Joe Adams and Jordan Earl Adams and his aunt and uncle, Mary Ellen and David Hall, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
