Debra Kay Cooper Howell, age 64, of 1456 Howell Trail in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, September 9, 2021.
Her funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, September 13, 2021, at Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor Bruce Brooks officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. at the church.
Debra was born November 24, 1956, in Lincoln County, to the late Thomas Frank Cooper and Ruth Causby Cooper. She was the owner of Southern Realty in Lincolnton.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Dean Howell of the home; three children, Ginger Valentine (Jackie) of Lincolnton, Chris Howell (Kristy) of Lincolnton, and Jennifer Strickland of Bessemer City; seven grandchildren, Kayla Valentine, Savannah Valentine, Wesley Howell, Jeremiah Howell, Janet Strickland, Jenny Strickland, and James Strickland; and one great-grandchild, McKenna Howell.
