Donnie Gene Hoyle, age 70, of Lincolnton, passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2021.
A private graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Mr. Hoyle was born March 21, 1950, in Lincoln County, to the late Willie Gene Hoyle and Mabeline Willis Hoyle. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a son, Donnie Phil Hoyle; and a brother, Ricky Hoyle. He worked as a truck driver for Carolina Freight.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Hoyle of the home; daughter, Monica Vandiford, and husband Ted, of Greenville, NC; son, John Hoyle of the home; sister, Marlene Jenkins of Concord; and two grandchildren, Ted Vandiford, III and Gavin Vandiford.
