Ramson Conway Dellinger
( February 25, 1938 - February 10, 2021 )
Mr. Ramson Conway “R.C.” Dellinger, age 82 of Stanley died on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at the Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center.

A Celebration of RC’s Life will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at Hills Chapel United Methodist Church.

Mr. Dellinger was born on February 25, 1938 in Lincoln County to the late Edward Lorraine “John” and Geneva Aiken Dellinger.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Dean Dellinger and his little dog, Gizzy.  Mr. Dellinger was a retired truck driver.

Survivors include two sons, Marty Dale Dellinger and wife Mindy of Stanley, Michael Kevin Dellinger and wife Janice of Lincolnton; two daughters, Lisa D. Shelby of Mooresville, Tammy Elizabeth Dellinger of Denver; two brothers, Terry Dellinger of Selma, AL, Kenny Dellinger and wife Pam of Lowesville; two sisters, Jewel D. Crow and husband Jimmy of Lowesville, Darlene Dellinger of Iron Station; five grandchildren, Meghan, Kayla, Shelby, Annalyse and Emma; four great-grandchildren, Hannah, Reese, Jacob and Cohen; sister-in-law, Shelia Dellinger of Lowesville.

The family would like to express their heart-felt gratitude to the staff and nurses for their compassionate care throughout his stay at Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center.
