Obituaries

Donna Jill Peace Simmons, age 46, of Hephzibah Church Road in Crouse, died on Thursday, January 14, 2021.

Donna was born August 26, 1974, in Lincoln County, to Dorothy Smith Bridges and the late Isom Jerry Peace.  In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by her grandfather, Charlie Smith.  She worked for Wal-Mart.

She is survived by her husband, Andy C. Simmons; three daughters, April Sutton, Kimberly Simmons, and Mackenzie Simmons; her mother, Dorothy Smith Bridges, and husband Steve; two brothers, Jerry Wade Peace and Terry Lee Bridges, and wife Crystal; four grandchildren; one niece; three nephews; her grandmother, Aileen Smith; and numerous aunts and uncles. 

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
