Pansy Gillelan Hamrick, age 81, of Lincolnton passed away Saturday, December 19, 2020.
Ms. Hamrick was born on October 25, 1939 in Lincoln County. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Gillelan, Sr. and Mary Reinhardt Gillelan. She worked at Catawba Valley Mills prior to retirement. Pansy was a member of Saint Matthews Reformed Church.
She is survived by her son, Raymond Hamrick, Jr. and his wife April; daughter, Cynthia Hamrick Shrum and her husband Burl; brother, Thomas Gillelan, Jr. of Richmomd, VA; sisters, Dorothy Jenkins of Lincolnton and Nancy Peterson of Hickory; two grandchildren, Jennifer Shrum Lee and husband Chris of Mooresville and Elijah D. Hamrick of Lincolnton; two great grandchildren; Meredith Lee and Connor Lee.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
