Loretta Sue Martin
( November 8, 1944 - December 18, 2020 )
Loretta Sue Martin of Maiden, NC went home for Christmas on Friday, December 18, 2020 with the wonderful staff at Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center by her side.
Loretta was born in Danville, Virginia to the late Bertha and Guy Martin. She is survived by her brother, David (Beth) Martin, nephew, Jody (Brenda) Little, niece, Melinda (Bo) Finger and Franda (Greg) Ballard, dear friend Daphine Hoffman Arp, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Loretta lived life to its fullest and loved her family and friends. She enjoyed riding around to her favorite local restaurants in town making “special request” of food. Then, making a stop at Waffle House for coffee, making friends at every stop. Loretta could be very demanding but always was a loving, caring person and had a gentle heart for everyone.
The family wishes to extend our sincere appreciation to everyone that loved and took care of Loretta. No services or visitation will be held. Please enjoy and cherish each memory of Loretta. Live life to its fullest, continue to laugh and love everyone as Loretta continued to express each day.
