Carieta Elaine Metts, age 78, of Cardinal Care in Lincolnton, died on Friday, December 11, 2020.
Carieta was born August 28, 1942, in Lincoln County, to the late John Henry Metts and Bessie Cline Metts.
She is survived by a daughter, June Washington, and husband James, of Charlotte; son, Archibald Metts of Lincolnton; sister, Willie Adams of Charlotte; brother, Rufus Metts of Baltimore, MD; five grandchildren, Chacary Metts, Tory Metts, Lachennia Metts-Pettis, Marcy Metts, and Dustin Metts; four great-grandchildren, Kemistre, Quest, Chance, and Ontorio; and four great-great-grandchildren.
