Janet Gilleland Haynes

Janet Gilleland Haynes, age 73, of 2485 Swanson Road in Crouse, died on Monday, August 3, 2020.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 7, 2020, at the home of her daughter, 748 Sandra Lane in Lincolnton. Rev. Luke Johnson and Rev. Chris Randall will officiate.
Janet was born May 12, 1947, in Lincoln County, to the late David Eugene Gilleland and Willie Lee Clark Gilleland. In addition, she was also preceded by William Edward Branton and Roy Haynes; sisters, JoAnn Gilleland, Ailene “Sissy” Black, Brenda Lee Scronce, and Nancy Carol Scronce; and brother, Jimmy Lee Gilleland. She worked in textiles.
Janet is survived by three daughters, Cindy Aderholdt (Richard) of Lincolnton, Sherry Wright (Gordon) of Kings Mountain, and Betsy Frye (Ricky) of Vale; a sister, Jeannie Bland of the home; eight grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
