Joanie Pendleton Belk

Joanie Pendleton Belk, age 63, of Lawing Street in Lincolnton, died on Wednesday, July 22, 2020.
A private graveside service will be held in the Reepsville Baptist Church Cemetery. The body will lie in state from 12:00 until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2020, at Warlick Funeral Home. The family will not be present during this time.
Mrs. Belk was born October 16, 1956, in Lincoln County, to Ruby Scronce Pendleton and the late Gerald Herbert Pendleton. She worked in accounting for the Lincoln County Health Department.
She is survived by a son, Randy Belk of Salisbury; her mother, Ruby Scronce Pendleton of Lincolnton; two brothers, Bill Pendleton (Jackie) of Lincolnton, and Mark Pendleton of Vale; four nephews, Clint Pendleton (Kelly), Casey Pendleton (Katherine), Noah Pendleton, Michael Pendleton; one niece, Katie Pendleton; three great-nephews, Cannon Pendleton, Salem Pendleton, and Josiah Pendleton; and two great-nieces, Cecilia Pendleton and Natalia Pendleton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Reepsville Baptist Church, 1513 Alf Hoover Road, Vale, NC 28168.
