Margaret Jenell Black Ballenger

Margaret Jenell Black Ballenger, age 69 of George Brown Road in Crouse, died on Sunday, March 22, 2020.
A private graveside service will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Cemetery in Crouse. At other times the family will be at Ms. Ballenger’s home, 1545 George Brown Road in Crouse.
Mrs. Ballenger was born November 22, 1950, in Lincoln County, to the late Charlie and Helen Farris Black. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Danny James Ballenger, and a daughter, Jennifer Barker. She worked for Lincoln County Schools.
She is survived by a daughter, Danya Cash, and husband Chris, of Crouse; a son, Josh Ballenger, and wife Megan, of Crouse; two sisters, Sheila Keever and Reva Brown; and grandchildren, Madison, Mallary, Adrianna, Lawson, Carson, Blakelynn, Lincoln, Travis, Lanie, Gracelynn, Dylan, Emily, Coleman, and Cameron.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, PO Box 131, Crouse, NC 28033.
